Total Rehab staff are certified in the Work Well System to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations(FCE). The research-based Work Well FCE is very established, having demonstrated valid, reliable results for many years. Staff is trained to understand first and foremost what the patient does and how that functionality is currently limited. Guiding the patient back to optimal functionality through physical conditioning and the teaching of proper mechanics going forward maximizes each individual’s likelihood of performing their job without future injury.
